Carry out legal procedures for real estate projects (investment in construction of apartments/commercial housing).
Establish and maintain relationships with Departments and Agencies that have the authority to process project legal documents and procedures.
Draft and prepare documents for project stages and legal procedures to submit to state agencies.
Monitor and urge the processing and processing of documents at Departments and Branches by experts.
Carry out application procedures for granting certificates of land use rights and assets attached to land for commercial housing projects.
Coordinate with relevant Blocks/Departments/Departments to monitor and synthesize the project's legal implementation process.
Advise on legal issues that need to be resolved for the project in each stage.
Other tasks as directed by superiors.

REQUEST:

Graduated from university majoring in Law.
Have at least 02 years of project legal experience.
Ability to update new legal regulations in the fields of real estate projects, land, planning, and construction.
Ability to read and understand legal regulations, synthesize, analyze, evaluate and report.
Ability to grasp and deploy work quickly and effectively.
Good in teamwork.
Understand clearly the application procedures for granting certificates of land use rights and assets attached to land for commercial housing projects.
