1/ In charge of product development for instant coffee and roasted coffee

2/ Support and advice on coffee and product knowledge

3/ Training sales and marketing about products

4/ Marketing and spreading the product from concept to launch, and operating in the market

5/ Analyze market needs to evaluate product effectiveness

6/ Coordinate with the factory on the production of products in terms of quality and packaging

7/ Coordinate and evaluate marketing publications related to coffee products

REQUEST:

1/ Understanding the coffee industry, especially roasting and instant coffee. 3 years or more experience in R&D position in coffee industry, production manager, Sales/business developmet in coffee industry

2/ Understanding of materials, products and market needs

3/ Research and development skills

4/ University degree in food chemistry or business administration

RIGHT:
1/ Salary + bonus based on ability

2/ 13th month bonus according to seniority

3/ Annual salary increase according to seniority, salary increase KPI according to working performance

4/ Annual travel (2 times/year)
