- Build, operate and manage the quality management system
- Organize the development of a system of standards and inspection instructions in accordance with the actual operation of the company, meeting the requirements of customers.
- Control the quality of input materials & data in the production process of the factory
- Directly direct the handling of customer feedback reports on product and service quality.
- Responsible for training personnel in the department
- Promptly handle abnormal reports on product quality, and at the same time discuss with the Board of Directors to make plans and measures to improve, prevent recurrence of errors.
- Participating in product quality improvement, monitoring, statistics, monitoring and evaluation of improvements in the factory
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors or the Board of Directors.
