- Direct management of construction work on site
- Managing the progress of construction work at the site
- Plan and manage the assigned work according to the approved overall plan and schedule of the project.
- Collect specific requirements for field work
- Review and report on the progress of the team/subcontractors on a daily/weekly basis
- Perform data entry on ERP.
- Quality management
- Directly collect the quality of input materials and construction quality
- Complete the quality assessment tables according to the quality management system of the company and Party A
- Guide and control construction teams/subcontractors to perform the work in compliance with the company's construction procedures
- Check and evaluate the performance quality of the teams
- Safety management
- Strictly comply with regulations on occupational safety at the site
- Participating in monitoring and checking the safety performance of teams/subcontractors at the construction site
- Risk management
- Identify, analyze and assess risks, the level of influence of risks related to the construction process, ground, movement diagram, progress, equipment, weather, stakeholders.... for prevention and report to SM so that we can take measures together
- Media management .
- Strictly implement the regulations on compliance with the company identification system at the project
- Check and monitor the compliance of the company's brand identity system in the field for stakeholders.
- Periodically report to SM on communication performance of teams/subcontractors
