Job Description

JOB DUTIES
Building marketing processes and strategies

- Develop departmental operational goals for each period, consistent with the company's development strategy
- Make an action plan to achieve that goal
- Carry out measurement and evaluation of results compared to set goals
- Develop operational processes to ensure all activities take place as planned

Brand management and development
- Create and implement plans to build and develop the brand.
- These plans aim to help the brand develop sustainably, creating a place in the hearts of consumers such as: advertising campaigns, promotional activities, community-oriented programs, etc.
- Manage and coordinate human resources to achieve plan goals

Evaluate and report marketing performance effectiveness
- Collect information related to Marketing performance such as: order growth, brand awareness, number of new customers, etc. and then evaluate and report results to superior.
- Proposing improvement measures: With the compiled results, the marketing manager will have to continue to find problems and weaknesses that need to be adjusted, overcome and plan to improve the marketing department's operations.

Business operations management (Enrollment)

HRM
