Position: Manager/Sales Team Leader

Salary: 15-20 million. Negotiable during direct interview (This is a fixed salary, excluding % when bringing the project home)

Job description:

– Looking for water treatment projects for the company

– Searching for bidding packages on environment and water treatment

- Develop and implement the revenue target plan for each month/quarter/year

- Advise and propose business strategies for each product group, market segment...

- Care, maintain and develop customer system

- Develop and control the implementation of short-term and long-term sales policies

– Building, developing, training and managing the sales team in the system.

– Check quotes before sending to customers

– Communicate via email, phone and work directly with customers.

- Coordinate with other departments related to product quotation and contract execution

- Participate in the company's personal development training courses

- Make periodic and extraordinary reports at the request of the Board of Directors

– Other specific jobs will be discussed during the interview
Job requirements:

- Graduating from college or higher. Preference will be given to students graduating from environmental, business administration…

– Understanding the environmental industry is an advantage, if you do not know, you will be trained

- Proficient in the use of office software

– Good looks are an advantage

– Careful, and responsible for the assigned work.
