Position: Center leader.
Work content:
- Responsible for creating and implementing the Center's business plan: Enrolling new students according to quantity targets, sales, and class opening plans assigned by the Company.
- Manage renewal tuition collection activities according to expected revenue proportion, quantity targets, and renewal sales assigned by the Company.
- Develop and propose enrollment policies, manage and implement Marketing activities at the Center.
- Survey and research market information and direct competitors in the area in charge, thereby proposing marketing policies/programs to promote business activities at the Center.
- Managing Customer care; Control the implementation and maintenance of service standards at the Center.
- Manage and ensure the organization and operation of classes at the Center.
- Control, manage and arrange personnel in the Center including: recruitment interviews, personnel training, scheduling, work planning, controlling staffing and maintaining internal rules and discipline of the Center. employees during work.
- Control and manage Accounting - administration including: accounting procedures, cash fund management, books, learning materials, assets, equipment assigned to use at the Center...
- Control and manage Operational costs.
- Recruit personnel, monitor, evaluate and approve personnel to propose to the Board of Directors to sign probationary contracts and periodic labor contracts.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Regional Manager/Board of Directors.
Job requirements:
- Graduated from University, majoring in economics and business administration is preferred.
-Basic communication English
-Minimum 1 year experience in a similar management position.
-Have 3 years of experience working in the service, commerce, education, and retail industries according to the chain system model.
-Proficient in using Office software.
