JOB DUTIES
About customer consultation:
- Understand product knowledge, nutritional knowledge, and how nutrition consultants operate
- Approach and advise customers to clearly understand the benefits, strengths and differences of the product
- Answer customer questions, follow up with customers, persuade customers, and take care of customers
About customer conversion:
Receive monthly targets and complete them
- Convince customers to use it successfully, get full customer information and transfer it to the hosting company.
- Coordinate sales team
- Carry out activities deployed in the nutrition consulting channel
About reports, other:
- Report work periodically and when problems arise.
- Report competitor activities
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
