• Call available marketing sources, introduce and advise parents about the center's existing English courses.
• Direct consultation when customers come to the center about courses such as: roadmap, curriculum, tuition, study space at the center,...
• Learn, update and report on customer needs and concerns; competitor activities and potential in product/service development
• Instruct parents on registration and class entry procedures for students
• Complete individual and group targets for the number of new students registered at the center
• Perform other tasks as requested by management
• Rotating shifts: Work 5.5 days (5 days of 8 hours: 9-19:00; 13-21:00, 1 day of 4 hours: 14-18:00; 17-21:00)
