Carry out procedures for exporting goods; Allocate and monitor working tools according to internal regulations.
Monitor daily import and export quantities and compare with inventory norms.
Periodically according to the plan, make proposals and purchase materials as required by factory management and comply with internal company regulations.
Arrange goods in the warehouse according to regulations and science, ensuring appropriate storage procedures for each type of goods.
Inventory of factory materials periodically once a month or irregularly at the request of the chief accountant and company leaders
Inventory the factory's machinery and equipment periodically twice a year or irregularly at the request of the chief accountant and company leaders.
Absolutely ensure fire prevention rules in the warehouse.
Prepare documents related to hiring contracted workers to perform project work.
Synthesize the Factory Manager's Final settlement documents and follow the correct process.
Perform other tasks as directed by the chief accountant and company leaders.
Working hours: Monday - Saturday (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
