Recruiting 01 Hoan Kiem District Accounting Staff at Ha Noi - Metiseko (việt Nam)

*Job introduction:

• Monitor and check that documents and invoices are valid and accurate, and record arising documents and invoices into accounting software.
• Reflect revenue, inventory and cash flow accurately.
• Unscheduled inventory checks when required.
• Synthesize accounting data, prepare a balance sheet arising from economic operations by month and year, compare the data with the ledger, check the beginning and ending balance of accounts).
• Coordinate with other accountants in the company to perform assigned tasks of the manager
• Store accounting documents according to regulations and scientifically, keeping information of business documents confidential
• Circulate documents in the required order.

* Working mode:

• Salary: from 7 - 12 million per month (including allowances and bonuses based on monthly sales).
• Meal allowance support.
• Working hours: 44 hours/week  1.5 days off/week, 12 days off/year
• Participate in social insurance after signing a labor contract according to the provisions of law
  * Job requirements :
• Graduated from College or higher in accounting, auditing, and finance.
• Understanding of accounting operations, ability to synthesize reports, with more than 2 years of experience
• Self-organize, arrange and develop plans to successfully complete assigned tasks
• Know how to synthesize and analyze reports. Perform tasks accurately and according to regulations.
