*Job content and responsibilities of employees:
●Follow the correct sales steps: greet customers and proactively introduce products, perform payment steps accurately, etc.
● Clean and keep workspace and storage clean every day
●Regularly check the store, take care of goods, maintain product hygiene, and guide customers.
●Always maintain and convey beautiful images of products and companies to customers
*Request:
●Able to communicate in basic English, able to communicate with guests.
●Good sales skills with at least 2 years of experience
●Dynamic, enthusiastic, proactive, sociable and honest
●Ready to work in shifts (morning and evening) and according to the manager's weekly changing schedule
*Employee remuneration received:
●Salary from 6-12 million per month (fixed salary + sales productivity bonus + allowance), depending on personal experience and work efficiency.
●Working hours: 44 hours/week
●1.5 days off/week, and 12 days off/year
●Sign a labor contract and participate in social insurance according to law
