- Coordinate with relevant departments, gather and check the completeness and legality of input and output invoices and documents to ensure compliance with State regulations. balance input and output VAT invoices.
- In charge (making, inspecting, negotiating ...) all kinds of economic contracts, construction contracts, personnel contracts,....
- Prepare and submit tax reports: VAT, PIT, CIT, ... according to regulations. Work with tax authorities when required.
- Register PIT PIT, dependents, etc. for employees.
- Ensure the tracking and updating of documents truthfully, accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain work-related documents as prescribed.
- Provide reports related to the department in charge at the request of management.
- Order stationery, computers, equipment for the office.
- Other required tasks.
