The main task - Daily receive invoices and documents of export and import of goods from the warehouse department and purchasing department and enter data into the system software.
- Receive commodity quotes from relevant suppliers of food, drinks, raw materials, etc
- Monitor and control the amount of goods ordered from suppliers, ensuring balance with existing inventory
- Daily review the quantity of exported goods compared to prescribed inventory norms
- Periodically check the quantity of imported and exported food and raw materials on paper and compare it with the actual quantity of goods in the warehouse.
- Responsible for building salary scales for employees and paying salaries to each employee department
- Periodically at the end of the month/quarter, prepare reports on export, import, and inventory of food and raw materials of the restaurant
- Prepare monthly reports on the store's business situation and the restaurant's invoice usage situation
- Daily update accounting book information, debts collected and paid

Required qualifications and experience: - Intermediate/College/University level majoring in accounting, auditing or equivalent.
- Have experience in a similar position (experience in the FnB industry)
- Proficient in using office computers, especially Excel.
- Basic English
- Master accounting operations.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Misa, Smile...
- Agile, active, with a high sense of responsibility.
