- Prepare CIT, PIT, contractor tax reports, submit declarations to tax authorities
- Calculate monthly salary for foreign workers
- Check the payroll transferred from the HR department, enter the salary allocation into the system, do the payment procedures for employees through the bank.
- Making bank loan documents, mortgage of machinery, fixed assets, property valuation
- Monitor domestic and foreign loans, make reports on loan situation and debt repayment to the State Bank according to regulations
- Track the process of buying and selling goods, importing and exporting goods, inventory, importing into ERP software
- Managing the company's cash fund, revenue, expenditure, inventory, making daily reports to the Board of Directors
- Entering and tracking debts of customers, suppliers, building revenue and expenditure plans for reasonable proposals to the Board of Directors
- Transactions with banks in order payment, money transfer, domestic withdrawal, purchase and sale of USD for payment abroad
- Overall control of the department's work
- Responsible for irregular periodical reports of agencies and customers
- Responding to inspection of state agencies and customers
- Update changes to laws, circulars and decrees.
