Architectural design consultancy, fire protection design consultancy, fire protection solutions for investors
Design of fire protection system: Make and deploy technical drawings, participate in surveys, make working plans, organizational charts of assigned projects. Control and complete design documents of fire protection system items according to current standards to ensure compliance with legal regulations and requirements of the Company.
II. Specific tasks
Architectural design consulting;
Consulting, design fire protection, electricity and water.
Deploying the design of civil engineering and financial engineering drawings for the work to ensure the current TCVN, QCVN;
Prepare official documents for submission of dossiers of appraisal and approval on fire prevention and fighting;
Handling and protecting design documents for approval of fire prevention and fighting with experts from PC07 Division, Fire and Rescue Police Department.
Extract the volume of drawings, protect the volume for the project;
To be responsible for the quality of technical documents, volume, and prognosis of the project;
Check and review dossiers and volumes before publishing or sending to relevant units;
Delivery of documents to relevant units;
III. Request location
Graduated from university/college majoring in fire prevention/fire fighting/related engineering or having training certificate from university of fire prevention and fighting, water supply and drainage, architecture, transportation, fire prevention and fighting, irrigation, construction...,
At least 2 years of experience in fire protection system design
Knowledge of current fire safety standards and regulations
Proficient in Autocad, know about Revit software
Good health, able to travel and work under high pressure. Good communication and problem-solving skills
Careful, agile, honest, enthusiastic about work.
