Describe:
Introduce and connect Yam with content creators.
Serve as the primary contact for content creator inquiries and requests.
Build and strengthen relationships with guests to get long-term partners.
Provide accurate customer records, track contract progress to update and renew.
Work with sales and internal teams to develop marketing strategies that ensure targeted performance is achieved.
Form a thorough understanding of products and services provided by Yam to upsell products and cross-sell products to customers

Daily work
Get questions, requests from creators and solve them.
Keep accounts up-to-date, ensuring they receive service that fits their budget and needs.
Communicate regularly with company members about work progress and find solutions to improve the business.
Write progress reports for customers and internal superiors.
Identify opportunities for renewal, upselling and cross-selling of products; Communicate with the sales team regularly
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience, including an internship, in sales or customer service in the entertainment industry.
Ability to multitask, handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Good writing and communication skills.
Attention to detail and good organization skills

Welfare:
Lunch break: from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm.
