• Advising customers on products; Promotions (if any)
• Receive requests for advice and orders from Facebook, Website, Zalo,...
• Build a good relationship with customers through further consulting
• Handle customer complaints in a timely manner
• Report weekly work progress to Manager
• No telesale

** Candidate Requirements:

• Age 22 years old and up

• Is responsible for the work

** Working time:

• Morning: 7:30am - 11:30am
• Afternoon: 13h30 - 17h30

Working schedule from Monday to Saturday (Off holidays and Tet, Sunday)
