Participate in the development, implementation and control of the system of processes, standards, guidelines, regulations... of the quality assurance department in compliance with GMP-Who regulations. Ensure processes are reviewed periodically.
Coordinating with departments to build, implement sanitary procedures, production, SOPs related to quality system.
Participate in the appraisal, self-inspection and inspection activities of the factory.
Handling complaints and product recalls.
Implement training programs and plans, train officers and employees of the factory.
Carry out registration for circulation of new products.
Perform support for related departments
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
