Building sales team; organize, manage and administer all activities of the Sales Department; Job orientation, market segmentation, job assignment, support, training, urging, and supervision of employees' work to accomplish sales goals
Building business process, customer care process, commission policy for sales department; customer care cost frame
Proposing PR and Marketing solutions to promote business activities.
Participating in negotiations, negotiations, signing contracts with customers
Collaborate with personnel in relevant departments to draft quotations and materials
Manage, develop, and take care of customers to maintain customer acquisition needs; Resolve customer complaints about the Company's service quality.
Connect with Customers and project team to ensure the progress and quality of the project
Debt recovery: monitoring and urging the department's debt collection
Responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors on the operation and efficiency of the sales department.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors
