Job description |
- Develop marketing plans, organize sales, sales events monthly, quarterly, and yearly and report to the Board of Directors. |
- Organize orientation and planning to develop content, communication and media ideas to serve the brand |
- Evaluate and analyze the market to create the most effective marketing plan. |
- Use potential customer files to launch effective marketing campaigns. |
- Building and setting up the team; Manage, train and develop the Marketing department team. |
- Report revenue and measure effectiveness of each marketing campaign |
- Branding, content building, interface and website structure |
- Set, track and report on team goals |
- Analyze consumer behavior and identify customer personas |
- Other tasks as assigned by management and Board of Directors |

- Research and evaluate customer needs and market developments to determine how to meet customer needs |
- Propose or coordinate with the Sales department to develop sales policies, pricing policies, and customer care programs for products. |
- Research and apply AI in Marketing activities |
- Understanding of SEO, digital and practical application at work |

- Qualification: No degree required (but having a degree is an advantage) |
- Understanding of running ads on Google, Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo... (Expertise, good at advertising, Facebook marketing, digital MKT is an advantage) |
- Knowledge and experience in branding. |
- Ability to come up with ideas and deploy content writing and brand communication |
