Experienced in installing air conditioners and elevators
Have experience in preparing bidding documents and accepting payments;
Have at least 5 years of experience in similar positions;
Proficient in Autocad, office information technology;
Ability to build/establish and maintain relationships with partners/customers;
Proficient in communication, negotiation, and data analysis;
Able to work independently and in groups;
Sense of responsibility and dedication to work;
Age: no age limit.
Job details:
Manage the mechanical and electrical personnel assigned to you;
Coordinate human resources to implement projects, supervise positions to ensure work progress;
Responsible for the planned completion time;
Manage project costs, make cost plans, control internal construction estimates. Control cost implementation, minimize loss/costs incurred during project implementation;
Establish and build close relationships with the company's strategic customer system;
Provide effective human resource management solutions after the project;
Prepare and complete detailed quotation documents for the project;
Directly supervise mechanical and electrical items at projects, verify the design of mechanical and electrical items;
Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
