- Make estimates
- Provide quantity items by type of materials or estimates, etc. to the Bidding Department to invite bids
- Organize and coordinate with other departments to inspect and confirm work arising during the construction process
- Update - adjust the volume of arising items in the estimate documents.
- Check the volume report sent by the contractor to serve payment and handover of the project
- Check contract terms, work and construction unit price in the contract estimate with the Investor
- Summarize and prepare work acceptance records, phase acceptance records and handover records of construction items
- Prepare quality and quantity records of project items
- Control construction progress according to quality and volume documents of the bidding package.
- Work with relevant departments on quality and volume records, as well as payment and settlement.
- Work with the supervision consulting department and the Project Management Board on quality and volume records.
- Synthesize as-built drawings according to payment and settlement stages.
