JOB DUTIES
1.1. Administrative work:
- Monitoring, synthesizing timekeeping and vouchers arising from the timekeeping of the building management board;
- Summarize and report the working schedule, division of shifts;
- Drafting documents, letters, announcements, decisions... and sending them to customers under the direction of superiors.
- Management of facilities, infrastructure and administrative work arising at the building;
- In charge of purchasing assets, equipment and stationery in the Company.
- Monitor, inventory and manage common assets of the Building Management Board;
- Answering internal phones, welcoming guests and partners to transactions. Processing initial information and directing guests to functional departments to solve work.
- Coordinate with departments: Security, sanitation, garbage collection environment, engineering, cashier reception... Board of Directors in receiving and managing information of customers, households receiving house handover , residents move in, move out...etc;
- Carrying out procedures for providing services at the Buildings: Service contracts, parking and services provided by the Company to customers and residents;
- Monitoring services in the building: Security, hygiene, engineering, garbage collection environment....
- Store and organize information on official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents;
1.2. Jobs in Accounting/Cashier:
- Collecting service charges for electricity, water, car, card... from residents at the counter;
- Daily revenue and expenditure reports, making payment requests when required;
- Consolidate the previous month's report of revenue and outstanding debt. Summarize receivable data and issue monthly fee collection notices to residents;
- Urging tenants to pay rent;
- Planning, synthesizing and implementing revenue and expenditure plans in accordance with regulations;
- Responsible for printing notices, distributing fee notices and collecting monthly management fees.
