Job Description

1.1. Receptionist job:
- Receiving guests, guiding customers to visit and transact at the building, answer questions of customers and residents within the permitted scope;
- Guide residents, tenants, customers to complete the necessary procedures for the management of check-in - out of the building, electricity and water records or registration procedures for apartment construction...;
- Consulting and helping Residents and Customers with administrative procedures such as: Registration of residence, temporary residence, household registration, ...;
- Coordinating with the sales and administrative departments to support the registration of sending cars, motorbikes and car cancellation to compile weekly reports for the manager;
- Track the number of newly registered and lost elevator cards;
- Maintain good relationship with residents to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Update and control registration forms and forms for residents. Maintain up-to-date records of office visitor information;
- Coordinate with the security department to monitor and control all issues around the lobby area (sanitation, security, operation of equipment, ...);
- Ensure the general view of the Residential Lobby is always clean and beautiful. Urging the cleaning department to keep the lobby clean;
- Receive, arrange and distribute letters, documents, documents ... daily delivery and transfer to the administrative department for handling;
1.2. Customer Service Job:
- Live hotline, receive feedback from residents and answer customer care who are residents or tenants, partners, etc.
- Receive, process and monitor the processing of information requested by customers.
- Receive information about complaints and suggestions from residents about related issues in the apartment (repair, moving things in/out the building, internet, cable TV, ...) and notify the ministries related department;
- Receive support and answer questions from customers through Hotline, Email, Live Chat channels...;
- Coordinate with sales department in calling and consulting (Online/Offline) for customers to buy/rent apartments;
- Coordinate with marketing department and other related departments to implement advertising, promotion, sales organization...;
- Coordinate with accounting department in debt collection.
- Coordinate work with other departments, support and supervise relevant contractors;
