Processing
· Plan and schedule production periodically and assign specific tasks to the production team
· Ensure production progress is on schedule, meets standards and quality within allowed budget
· Prepare fully the necessary resources to organize the implementation of the production plan
· Supervise the production process and the working process of workers to ensure that raw materials are used properly and products are processed according to the correct procedures.
· Promptly detect defective products, determine the cause and find quick solutions
· Arrange appropriate personnel for each shift
· Coordinate the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment systems in the workshop
· Organize technical instructions on using machinery for workers
· Plan and implement training plans to improve skills for factory workers
· Organize and implement internal regulations, 5S, manage labor and factory assets
· Evaluate the work results of factory workers periodically
· Make work reports according to company regulations
· Perform other professional tasks as assigned by superiors
