Job Description

Information about vacancies:
– Title: Online Sales Officer
– Department: Sales
– Quantity: 50
Salary: Average from to VND. 3P salary mechanism, unlimited salary and bonus. 1 month probationary period.

1. Basic job content:
– Reach customers through other channels zalo, telegram, sms, email… Transfer phone numbers of customers who are in need to the telesales department to close customers.
– Actively connect with Telesale, marketing, customer care, accounting departments to ensure work efficiency.
- Prepare work plan, report work to team leader.
- Contribute ideas to build and improve the quality of the organization.
- Other tasks as assigned by the leader.

2. Recruitment requirements:
- Good typing skills, typing with 10 fingers at an average speed of 50 words/minute.
– Communication skills, customer rejection handling skills, customer consulting and persuasion skills.
- Having worked as a Sales in the software field is an advantage. Those of you who have sold through financial, securities, insurance, real estate, FX companies are also highly appreciated. Candidates who have worked in sales in other fields without experience will be properly trained.
- Hardworking, with a high sense of responsibility.
Having a personal laptop is an advantage, proficient in basic word excel.

3. Rights of employees:
– The company supports advance payment for the car moving from the province to Saigon, from Saigon to Cambodia and to the company.
– After the probationary period, the capacity is not suitable. The company will support all costs including the money to bring employees back to Saigon (except for passports). Personnel are not entitled to a probationary month salary.
- 2 days off/month. Each working month is accumulated 1 day of leave.
Working time: Shift 1: 11am to 5pm. Shift 2: 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
– OT (overtime) is calculated 200% of salary, holidays are calculated at 300% of salary, and holidays are calculated at 500% of salary.
- Professionally trained by the company, operating professional processes. – The company has a detailed competency framework and promotion roadmap for 1 employee.
- Registered for salary increase according to monthly salary increase review. If eligible, it will automatically be increased at salary P2 (pay according to the capacity frame) according to the 3P salary regime. Sales positions are entitled to a contract basis, combined with P3 performance pay (per KPI performance) with no income limit.
- Bonus for setting weekly targets, and paying monthly.
– The company supports the entire cost of meals (4 meals/day) and all expenses in the dormitory, staff gym.
– Monthly living allowance 50$/person.
– Festivals weekly and monthly according to groups and companies.
