Hiring Sales Tour Operator - Start working immediately at Ha Noi - Dịch Vụ An Nguyên

Job description
• Design and operate tours to serve domestic and outbound tourists
• Deploy customer market development based on the company's existing customer sources and self-developed new customer sources
• Conduct tour sales training for collaborators, agents, and business development team
• Search for suitable suppliers, arrange services and make group payments when required
• Develop tour programs and calculate prices based on customer needs
• Consulting and convincing customers to buy the company's services
• Propose improvements and changes to products and services according to market trends
• Support the marketing team in creating content and products for the website and landing page
• Receive jobs and other requests from the English department REQUEST ONLINE SEARCHED BY THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT.

Candidate requirements
• Proficient in English in all 4 skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Priority is given to having experience working in a sales tour position
• Understand and understand tourist products and routes in Vietnam and Asian countries
• Confidence in communication, flexibility in handling situations Benefits
• Basic salary (from 15 to 20 million depending on experience) + commission + bonus for exceeding KPI
