Job description:
- Concept planning through customer needs analysis.
- Estimate project cost based on budget level.
- Prepare drafts and present ideas.
- Research and decide on the source of materials and furniture.
- Monitoring work progress.
- Working with stakeholders, including designers, interior decorators, architects and construction engineers.
– Prepare final drawings using specialized software, create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
- Work with interior design team to develop design directions
– Conduct on-site observations and make recommendations to help streamline design projects, prepare and engage with clients
3. Job Requirements
– Male/Female from 24-40 years old,
- Graduated from College or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction,…
– Priority is given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the field of interior design, having participated in design projects
- In-depth knowledge of interior systems
– Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
– Have an eye for aesthetics, problem solving & project management skills
- Communication and presentation skills
