Job description:
- Classroom management assistant: arrange class schedules, contact instructors, take attendance, remind students to attend class, coordinate class times/break times, prepare class materials, record feedback...
- Answer questions from students, registrants... Consulting students directly on the course at the company, via hotline and social sites
- Search/Compose or record content to post to promote the course and the company's social pages every day
- In charge of promotional programs for the course: workshop, or livestream, or webminar. Coordinate with other departments (finance department, admin department... when necessary) to organize these events
- Review plans to run Facebook Ads/TIktok Ads/monitor daily results and propose specific actions to the program director for effective advertising results: less money and recruiting enough students.
Request:
- No experience required. Suitable for graduates or students oriented in communication, social, artist management, film theater... helps build connections in film and actor fields. Directions for developing artist management or construction management for KOL/KOC/Influencer training.
- Have good appearance and ability to communicate
- Soft skills: Communication, diligence, ability to withstand work pressure, good time management skills. Management skills, time arrangement - lecturer/class management. Communication and teamwork skills.
- Skills: filming/taking photos for social using phone, editing photos/making movies using phone...
- Experience: using Excel, Canva design, Power Point, Word, Tiktok, Capcut, photo editing software on phones... Google doc - Google calendar – Email
- Have a laptop and smartphone that can record at least FullHD standard.

- Bonus KPIs from 5-10% of total course revenue.
