- Prepare quotations and contracts to send to customers when new arise. Exchange and explain if customers have requirements.
- Execution of contract documents.
- Handling procedures after signing the contract:
+ Contact to get the necessary documents from the customer.
+ Contact the 3rd party providing the service, carry out the delivery and delivery procedures (if there is a service or solution provided by the 3rd party).
+ Communicate with relevant specialized departments (if services and solutions are provided by the company).
- Save, track and control contracts during the implementation of projects.
- Receive feedback from customers, solve (if possible) or immediately transfer to relevant departments and individuals for settlement.
