Graduated from University or higher majoring in medical equipment
Necessary knowledge: Deep understanding of medical equipment systems, ability to plan and implement plans.
Basic skills: Presentation skills and document editing skills, communication, behavior and negotiation skills, people management skills, especially remote management ability, professional problem solving skills incidents, team building.
Other skills (computer, foreign languages): Office information technology, basic English communication.
Personal qualities/Working attitude: Careful, honest, solidarity with everyone, proactive and creative in work, able to withstand high work pressure.
Have a medical device practice certificate
Have experience in preparing bidding documents and accepting payments;
Have experience working on medical equipment projects.
Have experience implementing contracts
Have at least 3 years of experience in similar positions;
Proficient in office information technology;

Job duties:
Develop policies, procedures, regulations and instructions for use and preservation of medical equipment
Prepare annual operating plan of medical equipment department.
Plan and report on maintenance and upkeep of medical equipment throughout the Hospital. Manage repair, warranty and maintenance of medical equipment.
Organize periodic and unscheduled inspections of medical equipment at departments/rooms.
Carry out assessments and propose repairs to medical equipment throughout the Hospital.
Propose measures to manage, preserve and operate equipment so that it operates stably and prolongs its lifespan.
Report and propose timely solutions when there are special problems with medical equipment.
Monitor and supervise service providers related to medical equipment.
Organize the department's work to comply with state and hospital regulations on medical equipment.
Manage and evaluate work efficiency for medical equipment department staff.
Assign personnel in the room to monitor and manage the warranty and maintenance of medical equipment in the Hospital, and mobilize personnel promptly when incidents occur.
Organize training and update knowledge related to medical equipment for staff in the room, organize training and retraining for medical equipment users, organize training and retraining for medical equipment users. regulations and procedures related to the preservation and operation of medical equipment for users.
Update new generations of machines and new medical equipment on the market
Coordinate planning for medical equipment procurement throughout the Hospital.
Perform additional tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
