Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deal directly with customers by phone, electronically or face-to-face;
- Advising clients on course selection & study plans;
- Handling and resolving customer complaints; promptly respond to customer inquiries;
- Administrative management, communication and coordination with internal departments;
- Give feedback on the effectiveness of customer service progress;
- Other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
REQUEST
- Passion for education.
- Positive attitude, self-starter and good organizational skills.
- At least 6 months of experience working at the front desk or communicating directly.
- Ability to develop effectively under pressure.
- Good people and problem solving skills.
- Self-motivation and high sense of responsibility.
