• Take direct responsibility for design and customer experience in assigned projects
• Build and improve user experience design and analysis processes
• Understand the Bank's product areas, develop and improve interfaces and customer experiences according to business orientation from time to time.
• Build Design system/Product map/Customer experience
• Participate in building the company's Design system, components, Mobile app, and web app.
• Participate in building operating models to serve projects and product blocks.
• Responsible for designing and evaluating current and future customer experiences and offering improvement and upgrade options.
• Evaluate and improve design/regulation/product processes to improve work efficiency and product quality.
• Measure effectiveness and review project quality and progress, propose necessary change actions to improve work efficiency and product quality.
