JOB DETAILS
- Extract customer information from data provided by the company and perform additional searches (with the support of a companion).
- Set up calls, consult, and introduce products and services provided by the Company to customers
- Negotiate, negotiate and promote signing contracts with customers
- Customer care during product use to ensure best performance and advise on product upgrades
- Assist customers in solving customer problems and provide after-sales support
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to create loyalty and encourage long-term service use
- Provide information about customer needs and feedback to relevant departments
- Participate in providing information to develop and improve products

WORKING TIME:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (lunch break from 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm)
Saturday: 8am - 12pm (afternoon off Saturday & Sunday)

REQUEST:
- Graduated from college or higher.
- Age 21 - 35.
- No experience required, job skills training will be provided.
- No knowledge of websites or IT required, training will be provided.
- Easy-to-listen and confident voice.
- Not afraid to communicate.
- Honest and progressive.
- Enthusiastic and cheerful in supporting customers.

RIGHT:
- LCB 5 - 10 Million (discussed directly during interview) + % commission (up to 35%)
- Total income from 7 - 30 million/month.
