Job Description

WORK CONTENT:
  • Manage processes, production schedules and production output.
  • Manage production machinery and handle problems during the production process
  • Responsible for managing production workers
  • Control production quality and safety in production
  • Analyze, monitor and report problems to superiors
  • Report and propose optimal production improvement methods
  • Teamsize: Manage 1 staff; Report to Japanese Boss
REQUEST:
  • Male/Female, female preferred
  • Over 40 years old
  • Graduated from university
  • Japanese N3
  • Have 5 years of experience in a Production Manager position in a manufacturing company
  • Have experience in the plastic industry related to interior decoration products
  • Priority given to living in Dong Nai
RIGHT:
  • Probation: 90%
  • Participate in health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance....
  • 12 days annual leave
  • 13th month salary, salary increase once a year.
  • Holidays and New Year holidays according to the provisions of Law.
  • Salary in Gross： 22~30 million Gross
  • Working time：Monday - Friday: 7:30 - 17:05, Lunch time: 12:00 - 12:45, Breaking time: 9:50 -10:00; 14:50 -15:00
