• Check and account monthly salary, insurance and union dues costs.
• Track pre-accrued expenses: account and track pre-accrued expenses such as commissions, sales bonuses, etc.
• Track fixed assets: keep fixed asset records, update monthly increases, decreases and depreciation of fixed assets.
• Calculate monthly product costs
• Determine the arising transaction accounts
• Check the balance between detailed and general accounting data
• Prepare reports on invoice delivery status quarterly
• Prepare a final settlement declaration for the corporate income tax year
• Provide documents for auditors when auditing quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Explain data and provide records to tax authorities when inspecting tax settlement at the request of the Chief Accountant
• Prepare financial reports, tax declaration
• Year-end settlement report
• Other tasks assigned by superiors or Board of Directors
