WORK CONTENT
- Build and expand relationships with schools, agencies, and educational organizations, ensuring the achievement of KPIs related to revenue growth and debt collection.
- Receive and handle incidents that arise during the teaching process, requests for events and activities organized at the school.
- Organize experiences, advise on STEM Education solutions/Life skills/Digital skills and develop skills for teachers and students.
- Coordinate with the training and program department and teachers in your area of responsibility, analyze customer needs and prepare training proposals and event content for customers.
- Coordinate closely with the school to have an optimal timetable plan for the teaching operations of the Teachers department.
- Maintain connections, understand customer needs and identify new business opportunities.
- Implement customer support activities.
