1. Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing, organizing and developing legal department activities.

2. Corporate legal:
- Drafting, appraising, negotiating and signing contracts and agreements within the Group; internal management documents and documents issued to external parties;
- Consulting, implementing procedures, and controlling compliance with corporate legal procedures related to the Group's operating network;
- Develop, review, systematize and standardize the implementation and implementation of the Group's internal regulations and legal regulations related to compliance and operational risk management;
- Propose measures to prevent legal risks for internal management regulations to ensure legal compliance;
- Update, systematize and institutionalize legal documents related to the Group's operations;
- Research, understand and update regulations to advise the Board of Directors;
- Coordinate with other departments and divisions within the Group and member companies to ensure the Group's common orientation and goals;
- Manage department operations according to the Group's general operating orientation;
- Carry out training and dissemination of legal regulations;
- Propose solutions to overcome legal problems that arise according to the provisions of law;
- Consulting on legal issues arising during the Group's operations;
- Representative to work and connect with competent agencies;
- Represent the Group to resolve disputes arising with partners, customers, and state management agencies as designated/authorized by competent authorities, participate in proceedings, and execute judgments as authorized. .
3. Project legality
- Responsible for legal appraisal and implementation of permit procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and procedures for the Group's projects;
- Research legal regulations to prepare a Legal Review Report/Investment Legal Report for the project
- Ensuring project implementation and implementation in accordance with legal regulations.
4. Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University majoring in Law.
