- Support the Sales team in making contracts, invoices and related issues
- Develop quotations, and present them to customers.
- Track quotes presented to customers, respond to customer confirmations until receiving orders

■Requirements:
- Age from 25-40
- Japanese Upper N3~N2
- Female, graduated with major in Japanese or accounting, economics,...
- Be proficient in office computer
- Know basic accounting to better control data
- Able to read and understand technical documents in Japanese
- Experience in the field of business assistant and customer correspondence
- Sociable and open with colleagues.
- Have a progressive spirit in work.
■Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:00, Saturday off every other week
