JOB DUTIES
1. Responsible for the achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue targets of the supermarket system in charge:
- Plan orders and sales weekly/monthly & follow up progress.
- Understand the sales speed of product categories, the sales speed of promotional products, closely monitor the inventory at each supermarket to ensure that there is no shortage of goods on the shelves.
- Strictly manage customer order & delivery information, coordinate well with internal departments to improve service quality & timely feedback between customers and internal departments
- Building & maintaining relationships at the supermarket: optimizing the quantity of goods available at the supermarket, supporting good display positions, etc. => no stock breaks.
2 . Coordinating & supervising the work of sales rep:
- Recruiting, training sales skills, placing orders, guiding displays, managing promotional products, ...
- Implement & monitor business activities at supermarkets: Promotions, display activities, communication & launching programs.
3. Spend 90% of time in the market building relationships with customers, controlling & implementing activities at the supermarket
- Collect information & make reports on competitors & performance results for KAM.
4. Complete reports & feedback for management or related departments (if any)
