WORKING TIME:
Working rotating shifts:
- Shift 1: from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
- Shift 2: from 4:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m
- During the week there is 1 full shift day and 1 OFF day.
- Work at assigned PNJ stores.
SALARY + BENEFITS:
- Income: 9 - 20 million (fixed salary from 7.5 million - 8 million, bonus % of pawn sales, commission on buying and selling branded goods...)
- Training and probation period: 2 months, 100% full basic salary during probation period (15 - 20 days training with salary support)

REQUEST:
+ Male/Female, ages 21 to 28.
+ Graduated from high school/college/university majoring in Economics, Business Administration
+ Use basic office information technology.
+ Good communication, relationship building and persuasion skills. Experience in sales/consulting and customer care is preferred.

- Develop new customers and sales in the Pawnshop and Branded Items segments.

- Steps to complete a Pledge transaction of LUXURY PRODUCTS for customers at PNJ jewelry store: Welcoming customers -> Receive product inspection (with support tools) -> Product valuation -> Consulting Consulting, persuading -> Support making MORTGAGE contracts -> Supporting customers in paying interest, redeeming, customer care...
- Carry out transactions with customers at the Main Transaction Office and nearby Transaction Points.
