- Instructions and instructions for customers
- Receive and process incoming and outgoing calls via the company's hotline
- Answer questions from customers and partners directly or through tools such as email, skype, zalo, etc.
- Store customer and partner information such as personal information, arrival/departure times
- Ensure office security through the check in/check out process
- Order stationery supplies and check stationery supplies for the company

Request :
- Female. Under 27 years old
- Graduate
- Upper N3 Japanese + Intermediate English
- Have 1 year of work experience (Japanese company is preferred)
- Able to communicate with European customers (10%)
- Able to communicate with Japanese guests (10%)
- Communicate and handle problems well
- Experience in the restaurant and hotel industry is preferred
Working hours: Mon-Fri:8:30-17:30
Right :
- Salary: 10〜12 M VND gross
