1./ 3D Fitting Staff:
JOB PURPOSE - JOB OBJECTIVES:
• Sewing virtual samples on 3D software according to customer requirements
• Make 3D models - according to customer requirements
• Create 3D collections
Work undertaken:
Receive pattern information and documents from pattern design staff
- Check pattern
- Filter necessary and unnecessary details
Complete model simulation in 3D
Make collections, create 3D models (if requested by the customer)
- Add various types of decorations on the product
- Change fabric: properties, colors, patterns
- Complete the sample: take photos, make product videos
- Make videos projected onto the Hologram machine
Check the form and give feedback to the maker
- 3D pattern adjustment
- Cross check with actual sample
Send sample photos to customers, adjust samples according to customer requirements
Feedback the software's advantages and disadvantages to the supplier
Make daily work reports
• Graduated from college or higher, majoring in fashion design
• Minimum 01 year of experience for a similar position
• Work in groups or independently
• Good communication, clear presentation
• Proficient in using Optitex, AI, Clo 3D software
• Withstand high work pressure
• Know specialized English, be able to communicate and email directly with customers
2. Technical Documentation Staff/Tech Pack Staff
Job description
1. Receive information from Msoft or mail from Mer, customers
- Check customer documents, clarify information
- Check and analyze feedback information, list unclear points, and send check emails to customers
2. Conduct TLKT (for production or sewing samples), translate and check trimlist, send confirmation email
3. Issue documents
- Upload complete documents to Msoft
- Print documents for sewing samples
4. Update additional information to documents from departments
- Communicate with pattern maker, expert, and sample maker to clarify information and problems
- Write an email suggesting sewing methods based on information received from the expert
- Update additional information to the document: adjust the document according to comments from customers, update the trimlist (translate the trim, edit accordingly, update the completed TLKT) and upload to Msoft
- Send email to mer to confirm the adjusted trimlist
5. Support in the process of sewing samples, taking pictures of samples, uploading pictures to msoft, writing emails and calling out after sewing samples
6. Update feedback from QC --> adjust and update TLKT, Update parameters from QC and upload to Msoft
7. Update daily reports
• Graduated from high school or higher, majoring in fashion design
• Minimum 02 years of experience for similar position
• Work in groups or independently
• Good communication, clear presentation
• Proficient in using Corew and AI software
• Withstand high work pressure
• Good at specialized English, knows how to communicate in English
• Can read trimslist and technical documents
