- Directly monitor the Company's service delivery systems according to assigned authority and shifts.
- Check and notify events occurring online to the rescue department and other relevant departments.
- Create Trouble Ticket (TT), update TT, close TT.
- Handle problems and customer inquiries related to the Company's services according to the issued operating procedures and service support procedures.
- Coordinate with system administrators to perform basic installation, installation, and configuration of systems and equipment according to assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with Departments within the company to ensure work achieves the best results.
