- A candidate for the Executive Management position in the future with the launch of the Hanoi office
- This is a global position to collaborate with human resources managers at 14 locations in 9 countries around the world, including ASEAN.
- Build and promote human resources strategy (build and promote cooperation with headquarters)
- Recruitment for the company
- Human resources/organizational development (Build and operate training systems/plans and implement development measures when necessary)
- Evaluation/compensation system (optimal evaluation/salary system development/direction & supervision of system operation)
- Activities related to salary/labor and other human resources activities in general

- Graduate
- Good communication in Japanese N2 ~ N1 + basic English
- Have 5 years of HR experience. Have experience in team management
- Good management and communication. Can handle multitasking
- High sense of responsibility, careful, enthusiastic in work
- Patient and able to withstand work pressure well
- Have worked before and understand Japanese company culture
