WORK CONTENT
Main tasks - Production management
• This position will be responsible for all types of production tasks.
• Control and monitor workers and the machines they operate.
Contribute and develop production strategies to operate the factory more efficiently with better quality.
• Work with QC team to meet customer quality requirements to meet their needs.
• The candidate must ensure plant equipment is operating at optimal performance.
• Create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory personnel follow it regularly.
• Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately.
• Evaluate, hire and train employees to comply with our policies and procedures.
• Assign machine operation, quality control and maintenance tasks to factory staff.
• Analyze production data and make strategic recommendations to the Director.
• Maintain a satisfied and motivated workforce through interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
• A high level of understanding of machinery and manufacturing strategies is required to optimize production for decision making such as plant layout and installation of new machinery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Male, graduated from University
• Japanese N2
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in production management.
• Experience working at Japanese companies.
Prioritize
• Welcome people with knowledge and experience in fields related to manufacturing techniques and wooden furniture.
• Have ideas and experience in automation, can use automatic CAD and programming to run machines.

Salary Gross & Net : 40,000,000 VND ~ 55,000,000 VND Total (Depending on skills and experience)

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working hours: Monday-Friday: 7:30-16:30
Saturday: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., 3 sessions/month
- Shuttle bus: from AEON Mall Binh Duong
