Job description
* Reception and language support for foreign customers and doctors during medical examination and treatment.
* Consulting for foreign customers on hospital products/services/preferential programs and promotions
* Advise foreign customers on benefits, service prices and general information of the hospital
* Translating and interpreting professional medical documents of the Hospital/Customer
* Coordinating with CV QHKH_Cashier and Nursing in welcoming foreign outpatients and assisting in handling procedures for hospitalized/discharged guests
* Coordinate with related parties to answer questions about payment, insurance, administrative documents as well as other requirements at the time before, during and after medical examination
Candidate Requirements
* University graduate or higher
* Have IELTS International English Certificates above 7.0
* At least 2 years of intensive experience in English translation and interpretation
* High priority is given to candidates who have experience in translating and interpreting medical services
* Agile, sprightly
