Job description
- Language support for doctors, patients and departments during medical examination and treatment at the Hospital.
- Translating medical documents, professional documents to serve customers and departments in the hospital
- Mastering and proficiently using the Hospital software system, service prices and updating medical record information.
- Support patients to make appointment for follow-up or new examination with departments at the request of treating doctor.
- Coordinating with Nursing and cashier to serve customers with medical examination and handling procedures for admission and discharge for guests quickly.
- Coordinate with the insurance team to complete the insurance documents for the guarantee processing at the hospital or for the customer to make their own compensation.
- Master information about services, preferential programs, prices of all kinds of services to guide customers.
- Comply with the appearance, working time and other regulations according to the rules of the Hospital, the corporation
Candidate Requirements
- Graduated from university or higher
- Certificate of Topic 4 or higher, experience in interpreting is preferred in the healthcare industry
- Good communication skills, good-looking appearance.
- Good use of office computer (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Skills to use email for work
- Expertise search skills best practice
- At the end of the shift, you can take the phone back to support the translation of some dates.
