- Candidate has lived in Japan
- More than 1 year of working experience in Japanese company
- Occasionally go to work
- During peak season (October-December) can support tour from 16:30-21:00
- Good communication and handling of situations

• Contact Japanese travel agents and corporate partners, providing them with travel information
• Accurate quotation and reconfirmation of bookings booked with Foreign Agents. Pay attention to all the details of the trip.
• Make reservations with local vendors and hotels. Ensure accuracy and quality of verified services.
• Keep a close eye on and stay informed about each of your bookings while guests are in the country until they leave.
• Handle and respond to comments and complaints (if any).
• Work closely with the accounting department to track supplier payments, customer payment schedules for final financial settlement.
■Working time: Mon - Fri (8:30-16:30), Saturday (8:30-12:00)
Currently closed on Saturday but next time will work on Saturday morning
